Milele Hotel Nairobi Earns Prestigious Silver Award
We give all glory to God as we celebrate Milele Hotel Nairobi for achieving a remarkable milestone! On Friday, February 28, 2025, the hotel was honoured with a Silver Award in the recently concluded hotel accreditation in Nairobi. This was a first for the hotel for this kind of recognition.
The awards were classified into four categories: Gold, Silver, Bronze and Non-Accredited Hotels
Milele Hotel Nairobi attained an impressive 62.82% score, just shy of the 70% threshold required for Gold status. The award was presented by the Director General of the Tourism Regulatory Authority, Mr. Norbert Talam, in the presence of Cabinet Secretary for Tourism and Wildlife, Dr. Rebecca Miano.
During the weekly worship service at the Head Office, Moderator Rt. Rev. Thegu Mutahi received the award on behalf of the General Assembly from the hotel staff. He prayed for the hotel’s continued success and growth.
What This Award Means is:
- The hotel qualifies for national hotel classification.
- The hotel shall be featured on the Kenya Tourism Board website, increasing visibility for potential guests.
- The hotel will receive free international marketing through Magical Kenya, promoting it on a global scale.
Milele Hotel Nairobi is committed to continuous improvement and is already working on key areas identified during the accreditation process. The goal is to surpass the 70% threshold and qualify for East African Community classification in the near future.
