The Honorary Treasurer shall be appointed by the GA, on recommendation by the Nominations Committee, that is, the Business Committee, in accordance with the procedure already laid down for the appointment by the General Assembly.

The deciding vote is a simple majority of the Presbyteries votes. The appointment shall be for three years and he shall be eligible for reappointment. Presbyteries shall be asked to provide names of nominees to the Business Committee.
