The department has continued to produce and outsource different religious, Church, educational, and motivational materials, this being the major service of the department. The Department has strategically put measures to cover a wide range of market niches. This has been achieved by taking advantage of various church events by creating mobile selling points and the various outlets in the main shop at the Head Office, Chuka, Chogoria, Muranga, Nyeri, Nyandarua, Nakuru, and Mombasa.

To ensure that service reaches customers efficiently, the department delivers on request to the clients both locally and abroad.

It also provides conference packages to various groups, Presbyteries, Parishes, and Institutions.

The printing press ensures the seamless production of church literature. Being the core mandate of the department, it has excelled in branding merchandise for various groups and serving both the church and the public. The department in 2023 was able to produce the Maasai Liturgy for the first time.

In the year 2023, the Department had organized two pilgrimages, one to the USA and Israel.  However, the US trip was rescheduled to May 2024 due to prolonged interview dates with the Embassy.  The Israel pilgrimage was halted at the final stages due to external factors i.e. Israel and Gaza Conflict. The trip is scheduled for August 2024 with the opening of Israel for pilgrimage.

With the advent of the rapid technology explosion, the department is committed to keeping the church up to date on all matters of communication and providing correct, factual, and clear communication about the church. The department wishes to caution the church and the general public that not all content in the social media space is correct. Therefore, everyone should rely on the official communication channels of organizations or ensure that they verify information before making decisions.
