PCEA Health Board Hosts MBF

The PCEA Health Board, through its Board Secretary Rev. John Mbae, on Sunday hosted the Medical Benevolence Foundation (MBF) at Milele-Nairobi, in a colourful event attended by the MBF President & CEO Burton W. Lee in company of the Regional Director.
The gathering was held to celebrate and strengthen the long-standing partnership between MBF and the Presbyterian Church of East Africa, and to further deepen their shared commitment to healthcare ministry. The event also brought together MBF members from Malawi, United States and South Korea.
MBF has partnered with PCEA for over 30 years, supporting its medical colleges and hospitals. Currently, the foundation is undertaking a master planning process for PCEA Kikuyu Hospital, PCEA Tumutumu Hospital, PCEA Chogoria Hospital, and the new PCEA Rumuruti Hospital, working alongside experts from Egypt and South Africa.
Among those present were the Secretary General Rev. Dr. Robert Waihenya, Health Board Chair Very Rev. Jesse Kamau, Honorary Treasurer Elder David Ndumo and representatives from the four hospitals.
