2024 Y-summit at Alliance Girls High School
It is that time of the year again when the youth come together for a transformative conference designed to equip, empower, inspire, and connect the next generation of leaders. This year’s National Youth Conference (Y-Summit) will be at Alliance Girls High School, Kikuyu from 13th to 17th August 2024.
The Y-Summit, previously known as National Youth Camp, is an annual event by the PCEA Youth Department for all Kenyan youth that aims to ignite the passion for Christ’s mission in the youth and empower them to make tangible impact on the world. The summit is a three-stream youth conference for teenagers burning with passion to discover their purpose, college students seeking direction in their journey and young professionals yearning for a deeper connection with their faith and purpose through the gospel.
The Summit is also a fun-filled, learning and worship experience that allows attendees to establish a stronger connection with God.
In this Summit, the youth can expect engaging speakers, interactive workshops, networking opportunities, inspiration and motivation, uplifting worship and competitive sports.
The topics will include: sharing your faith with confidence, apologetic evangelism, the mandate to influence the next generation, digital evangelism and outreach, discipleship in the workplace, the power of small groups, investing in the community, and mission activation. The Moderator Rt. Rev. Thegu Mutahi and the Secretary General Rev. Dr. Robert Waihenya will grace the event.
